I am here to serve and bring value to those entering the world of natural health and wellness - As a mother, wife and daughter who is passionate about holistic well-being, I am constantly looking for ways to bring physical, mental and spiritual health into closer reach for all of us. Well-being doesn't just come in one form; it also requires loving ourselves and our communities, understanding the intricacies of our whole selves - from within as well as from without - and using that knowledge to make the most out of life. It’s my mission to use the power of love and nurture to share these benefits with individuals seeking wellness resources, wherever they may be in their journey. I will be coordinating a couple of these expos each year to give everyone accessible resources for the path to improving their lives In every way. Each event is created with intent and with our community in mind. Keep an eye out for homemade or organic products on our storefront. These products are great for optimizing health and I hope to be able to share them with you!
